Responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to):

• business visa support for the company employees (main function)
• assistance to corporative secretary
• other kind of secretary’s duties by request.

Successful candidates should correspond to the following strongly required competencies / skills:

• MS/BS degree (graduate or 5-year student) in English linguistics or related departments of Kiev National  University or Linguistics University
• fluent English (both spoken and written)
• irreproachable grammatical correctness in English, Ukrainian, Russian
• advanced computer skills (MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet search engines etc.)
• understanding of business etiquette rules and correct manner of phone conversation
• experience in operating of office equipment will be a plus.

Previous job experience as a secretary is not mandatory.
