Responsibilities for this position will include (but are not limited to):
- Work as a local project coordinator in infrastructure implementation project.
- Execute tasks and reports to the Project Steering Group.
- Administer the detailed project plan for all sub-projects and activities.
- Document project decisions / minutes of meetings.
- Follow up on daily support requests and status of project activities.
- Other administrative tasks.
Successful candidates should correspond to the following minimal required competencies:
- Experience as Project Manager or Team Lead for IT projects.
- Understanding windows/server platform and networking.
- 1+ year experience in Windows administration is a plus.
- Ability to create reporting sheets/reports in Word/Excel/powerpoint/Visio.
- Very good English (both spoken and written), experience in writing documentation in English.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate competency in decision-making, planning and organizing, flexibility, self-initiative and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
