In all working situations every employee should act devotedly and honestly regarding the company. In cases where it is impossible to get instructions related to a specific question, it is desirable for employees to act in the interest of the company.
The company makes a contract with every new employee for a 1 year term which may be prolonged. A probation period (no longer than 3 months) is established for all new employees. Quite often it can be reduced to 2 or even1 month, depending on working results. During the probation period there is no difference between a new employee and one who has already worked with us for a long time.

At the end of the probationary period and then regularly (about once a year) we provide an employee Performance Appraisal. According to a formal procedure performance is evaluated by an employee’s direct Manager / Project Manager / Project Customer. Based on the results a decision to change an employees’ project role/position, job tasks, functions, compensation amount, etc. can be made.
Working Time / Week
The company assesses the standard 5 day work week. Specific times for a work day's start, end, and lunch break depend on project peculiarities, however, a single work day cannot exceed 8 hours.
Vacations
Infopulse Ukraine offers all of our employees 24 calendar days of vacation time. Vacation schedules for every project is set according to the project’s needs and for the employees’ convenience. The first vacation can be taken after working 6 months (according to Ukrainian vacation laws). Vacations can be offered earlier upon manager’s approval. It is possible to divide vacation into parts; based on the condition that the main part is not less than 14 calendar days.
In some situations (like family circumstances etc.) an employee can take unpaid vacation for a period agreed between the employee and their managers.
We offer paid child rearing leave for parents according to Ukrainian labour legislation. For working Mothers we offer paid vacations for child care, according to Ukrainian labour legislation.

Our Holidays
In the latter half of September, usually on a Saturday or Sunday, we celebrate the Company’s Birthday.
Traditionally, the holiday lasts all day long in active competitions out of town.
Another of our traditions is a New Year's party. Also in May or June we go out of town for a picnic.
Naturally, every project has its own traditions and holidays (or just various project team events without specific occasion).
We enjoy congratulating you on your birthday, anniversary, wedding or your baby's birth and like to give a special present in celebration of these events.
