Quality Management System (QMS)

The Quality Management System of Infopulse Ukraine is certified as meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001 by SGS Switzerland.

What quality standards are implemented in Infopulse's QMS?

Our Quality Management System satisfies the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001. Processes concerning Software Development are developed in compliance with the CMMi model. Processes related to IT Operation Services are developed in compliance with ITIL & ISO 20000. Processes involving Project Management are developed in full compliance with the world's best practices from PMI, IPMA, and other respectful bodies. Information Security System complies with ISO 27001, while the Environmental Management System is developed in compliance with ISO 14001. ISO 9001:2008, the most commonly used international standard, provides a framework for the Corporate Quality Management System.

The following requirements of ISO 9001:2008 are implemented in Infopulse's QMS among the others:

  • a set of procedures that cover all key business processes;
  • monitoring processes to ensure their effectiveness;
  • keeping comprehensive records aimed at decision-making based on facts;
  • checking output for defects, with appropriate corrective/preventive actions where necessary;
  • regularly reviewing processes and the quality system itself for effectiveness;
  • facilitating continuous improvements.

Infopulse QMS Principal Constituents:

  • Key policies:
    • Quality Manual contains the statements of quality policies and quality objectives as well as the company's organizational structure and interrelations between the units.
    • Code of Conduct does not merely help to prevent any law infringements, but also stipulates the way the employees are expected to behave towards each other and the outside world.
    • Information Security Policy is the basic document defining the framework of the Corporate Information Security Management System.
    • Environmental Manual is the basic document defining the framework of the Corporate Environmental Management System.
  • QMS Process Model represents working practices (processes workflow , description of the roles and artifacts)
  • Corporate Information System contains Infopulse's management data including all corporate policies, guidelines, training materials, project artifacts, audit reports, monitoring data, QMS analytical center, etc.
