Quality Management Department (QMD) High-Level Objectives
Continuously develop and maintain the Company Quality Management System
Make use of the standards and best practices to provide compliance with QMS
Coordinate activities within the company and the projects aiming to develop and improve the processes at the organizational level
Ensure that the internal audit program is maintained and adjusted to reflect system requirements. Continue to strive for this program to improve its effectiveness
Ensure that the specified quality standards are achieved throughout the Company
Liaise with and support all departments to achieve overall business objectives
Identify and promote flexibility throughout the company. Identify both strong and weak points of the process with regard to standards
Make the employees aware of the QMS as a part of corporate culture
