Quality Management Department (QMD) High-Level Objectives

  • Continuously develop and maintain the Company Quality Management System
  • Make use of the standards and best practices to provide compliance with QMS
  • Coordinate activities within the company and the projects aiming to develop and improve the processes at the organizational level
  • Ensure that the internal audit program is maintained and adjusted to reflect system requirements. Continue to strive for this program to improve its effectiveness
  • Ensure that the specified quality standards are achieved throughout the Company
  • Liaise with and support all departments to achieve overall business objectives
  • Identify and promote flexibility throughout the company. Identify both strong and weak points of the process with regard to standards
  • Make the employees aware of the QMS as a part of corporate culture
  • Organize and conduct QMS trainings for employees
