The Quality Management System of Infopulse Ukraine is certified as meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 by SGS Switzerland.

What quality standards are implemented in Infopulse's QMS?

Our Quality management system satisfies the requirements of ISO 9001:2000. Processes concerning Software Development are developed with respect to the CMMi model. Processes related to IT Operation Services are developed with respect to ITIL & ISO 20000. Processes involving Project Management are developed with respect to the world's best practices from PMI, IPMA, and other respectful bodies. Information security system is developed with respect to ISO 27001. ISO 9001:2000 , the most commonly used international standard, provides a framework for the Corporate Quality Management System.

Some of the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 implemented in Infopulse QMS

  • a set of procedures that cover all key processes in the business;
  • monitoring processes to ensure they are effective;
  • keeping adequate records aiming at making decisions based on facts;
  • checking output for defects, with appropriate corrective/preventive action where necessary;
  • regularly reviewing individual processes and the quality system itself for effectiveness; and
  • facilitating continuous improvements.

Infopulse QMS Principal Constituents:

  • Quality Manual contains statements of Quality policies and Quality objectives as well as the organizational structure of the company and interrelations between the units
  • QMS Process Model represents working practices (workflow of processes, description of the roles and artifacts)
  • Corporate Information System contains Infopulse management data including all corporate policies, guidelines, training material, project artifacts, audit reports, monitoring data, etc.
