Universal Billing framework (UBF)

The mission of Universal Billing Framework (UBF) is to provide powerful tariffication tools for generation of invoices for consumed services. UBF is an engine designed by Infopulse in order to enable fast and cost-effectives oftware development and implementation of the billing-system for any service provider. This individual approach ensures that the system meets all the needs and requirements of particular business-field and defined company, it also prevents the customer from paying for unnecessary additional functionality.

UBF offers basic customers and partners management services (contract management, payments management, balances monitoring), enables access to the system through the Internet for reviewing account status and on-line ordering. System could be used by several service suppiers simultaniously, like for example, by GSM operator and Internet provider. Portable, scalable, multilingual system core lets UBF to be used at any computer platform.
