Our aim at Infopulse Ukraine is to increase customer satisfaction by maintaining an effective Quality and Security Management System (QSMS) ensuring management, technical and production personnel fully conversant with the Company’s objectives. Our quality objectives are to furnish high quality products and services, on time, and at the competitive price level. Achievement of these goals involves all employees, who are individually responsible for the quality of their work.
QSMS provides the attention and control that must be given to all features of a product or service to ensure total customer satisfaction, starting with requirements for a product or service through the delivery, and use of the item that satisfies that request, with the added benefit of improved service and reliability.

Quality standards and known best practices implemented in the QSMS of Infopulse
- The Quality Management System satisfies the requirements of ISO 9001:2008
- Environmental management system satisfies the requirements of ISO 14001:2004.
- Software Development processes are developed in compliance with the CMMi model.
- Processes related to IT Operation Services are developed in compliance with ITIL & ISO 20000.
- Project Management processes and guides are based on tailored RUP, PMI PMBoK and Agile recommendations.

ISO 9001:2008, the most commonly used international standard, provides a framework for the Corporate Quality & Security Management System.
The QSMS is a unified business management system, which targets at the following major groups of business processes, embodying all business process areas:

All management modules are fully functional integrated systems, which operate in a single technology platform (environment), and compose a Unified Business Management System – Infopulse QSMS, accordingly.
Infopulse QSMS is an applied process-based system that consists of three major components:
1. Key policies:
- Quality Manual, which contains the statements of quality policy and quality objectives, the organizational structure, description of functions of the units and interaction between these units.
- Code of Conduct, which does not merely help to prevent any law infringements, but also stipulates the way the employees are expected to behave towards each other and the outside world.
- Information Security Policy, which defines the framework of the Corporate Information Security Management System.
- Environmental Manual, which defines the framework of the Corporate Environmental Management System.
2. Process Model (based on the internally developed Infopulse ShareProcess, which is a graphical tool for visualization of all corporate working practices), a set of sequenced and interrelated processes that define and control the production and service management.
Each process is presented by:
- process inputs and outputs,
- roles and responsibilities,
- descriptions of activities,
- pathways, parallel processes, and process loops,
- decision points,
- interaction with other processes.
The Process model is the foundation for Infopulse QSMS methodology. Depending on the objectives, the Process Model allows representation of the entire process at a high or detailed level, in-depth analysis and process optimization. Furthermore, a ShareProcess is an ideal tool to assure process consistency.
Infopulse Process Model is many times shorter than textual description, shows a greater amount of detail and complexity, is easy to follow, and is readily available for every employee. Infopulse Process Model plays on the strength of the brain to recognize and recall patterns. A very complex process is designed as a simple step-by-step operation that is visually intuitive. Inconsistencies and open loop processes are easily identified in Infopulse Process Model.
Infopulse ShareProcess allows quick and efficient modeling of business processes and frameworks, verification of process model consistency, mapping of models to real process implementations and publishing on the Internet and Intranet
3. Corporate Information System (based on MS SharePoint) contains Infopulse’s management data, including all corporate policies, guidelines, work instructions, training materials, project/department artifacts, audit reports, monitoring data, QMS analytical center, etc.
It’s a great tool to ensure that the processes are effective (the right process is followed every time), and efficient (continually improved to ensure processes use the least amount of resources).
Infopulse QSMS by far exceeds the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004. Our next target is certification on compliance with ISO 20000 (IT Service Management) and ISO 27001 (Security Management).
